CLAREVILLE " SEALEGS "BOAT RAMP
The Rowell Waterfront Construction team recently completed another standout project, a fully engineered boat ramp, purpose built to launch the owner’s Sealegs directly from the boat shed. Designed for seamless function and longevity, the ramp was constructed using advanced composite materials, offering exceptional strength with a modern finish.
Every detail was tailored to suit the unique site conditions, from precise gradient engineering to the integration with existing structures and shoreline contours. The result is a sleek, durable ramp that blends practicality with understated elegance

FLORENCE TERRACE SCOTLAND ISLAND
The Rowell Waterfront Construction team recently completed a major transformation with the construction of a stunning new wharf, stretching almost 50 meters in length. This project involved driving 24 hardwood piles, sleeved in our clean black HDPE. deep into the bed rock to ensure structural integrity and stability for years to come. The team meticulously crafted the railing system, designed for both aesthetics and safety, offering a clean, modern look while maintaining functionality.
One of the standout features of this build is the hand-carved edging that beautifully integrates with the natural rock formations at the beginning of the wharf. The careful attention to detail ensures a seamless connection between man-made structure and the surrounding environment, providing a sophisticated and timeless finish.
PILE DRIVING RIVERVIEW ROAD
Rowell Waterfront Construction recently completed a custom mooring setup for a Steber 56, featuring ten new steel berthing piles drilled and driven four metres into bedrock. Each pile is fitted with stainless steel slider bars, built to move with the tides and keep the vessel secure in all conditions. Strong, reliable, and cleanly finished, it’s a practical yet stylish solution that brings lasting confidence to your waterfront.

Rowell Waterfront Construction proudly presents a recently completed project: a sturdy pontoon paired with a sleek aluminum ramp for seamless access. Supported by steel piles drilled and driven into bedrock, this structure ensures exceptional stability and durability in marine environments. TENDER RE FIT x RMS x WMS
Rowell Waterfront Constructions recently assisted its sister company "Rowell Marine Shipwrights" and Wakeford Marine Services with the removal and installation of two refurbished Volvo engines, using our 6-tonne crane. This was part of a larger refit carried out by "Rowell Marine Shipwrights".
We work alongside both Rowell Marine Shipwrights and Wakeford Marine Services to assist in top-tier marine refits.
